ROBINSON, Mary Shoaf - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mary Ruth Shoaf Robinson, 85, died April 13 at Oak Crest Health Center in DeKalb, Illinois. She was born September 1, 1896, near Wallace. She was raised by her grandmother, Nora Reichard, as her parents died when she was small. She attended Crawfordsville schools and graduated from high school in 1918. She married Harvey Robinson in 1919 and spent her entire married life in DeKalb, Illinois. He died in 1964.

  Survivors are one son, Raymond, and a daughter-in-law, Clara of Manchester, Connecticut; two grandsons, Steve of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Robert of Indianapolis; and a cousin, June Weaver Goodin of near Wallace.

  Funeral service and burial were Friday at DeKalb, Illinois.
