ROBINSON, Freda - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Freda D. Robinson of Hillsboro, age 76, died Sunday night, November 21, in Home Hospital at Lafayette. She was born in Troy Township, Fountain County, August 2, 1906, the daughter of James A. and Lydia Louisa Hunt Nebeker. Her husband, Charles Robinson, preceded her in death. Mrs. Robinson was a graduate of Covington High School and attended Hillsboro Christian Church. She was formerly deputy clerk for Fountain County, a member of Veedersburg Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Valetta Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, of which she was a past matron.

  Survivors include five sisters, Louise Bodine of Greenwood, Mildred Fitzsimmons of Evansville, Ethel Mae Hall of Lafayette, Lois Small of Indianapolis and Betty Laxton of Simi Valley, California.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Thomas Inabinet officiating. Burial was in Rockfield Cemetery at Veedersburg.-s
