Attica – Mrs. Blanche Manlove Robinson, 75, formerly of 402 E. Main St, died at 5:20 p.m. Thursday in Lafayette Care Nursing Center, Lafayette where she had lived for five years. Born near Cates, she had lived in Covington and spent most of her life in Shawnee Township and Attica. She was a retired school teacher, having taught in area schools many years. She first was married to George Manlove, a rural mail carrier, who died a number of years ago. In 1946 she married Russell Robinson, a local funeral director who died in 1959. She was a graduate of Covington HS and attended Ball State University and Central Normal College. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Attica, Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 125 and Psi Iota Xi sorority. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Hazel Mourer of Bedford and stepdaughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Robinson Hosselman of Lima, Ohio.
