ROBERTS, Anna R. Smith - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Anna R. Roberts, 80 of Waynetown died at 945 a.m. on Wednesday at her home, following an illness of 12 weeks of a heart ailment. Funeral services were conducted at the Lutheran Church at Wallace with Rev. John Servies and Rev. Floyd J. Armstrong pastor of the Christian Church, officiating. Burial in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was born March 2, 1868 at Hillsboro, daughter of Archibald and Harriet Rash (sic) Smith. She was married in 1886 to LW Roberts, who died Jan 12, 1943. A daughter, Gertrude died in 1903. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. The Roberts family resided in Veedersburg prior to moving to Waynetown.   --- transcribed by kbz
