ROBBINS, Freeman - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Freeman Robbins of RR 2, Veedersburg, age 72, died Thursday, December 10, in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville, Illinois. He was born in Fountain County, August 14, 1909, the son of Eli and Alice Clouse Robbins. In 1933, he married Wandaline Harvey, who died in 1973. Robbins was a retired farmer.

  Surviving are a son, Larry of RR 1, Kingman; three sisters, Mrs. Ovita Crabtree and Mrs. Thelma Brite, both of San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Odessa Brading of Rockville; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. Bill Ringgold officiating. Burial was in Centennial Cemetery near Kingman. – thanks to S
