WILLIAMSPORT, Ind. (CNS) —Frank A. Roach, 93, a former resident of Williamsport, died yesterday (Feb. 22, 1970) at the Ladoga Nursing Home. He had been ill a month. Born Aug. 20, 1876, in Hannibal, Mo., he was the son of Patrick and Nomia Fulton Roach. He had resided in Williamsport for 55 years and was a retired coal miner. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Frank Peters of Covington. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Wednesday at the Crowmer & Siddens Funeral Home in Williamsport. The Rev. Norman Able will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. WILLIAMSPORT -- Frank A. Roach, a resident of Williuamsport, died Feb. 22, at Lodoga Nursing Home. He has been seriously ill for one month.
Mr. Roach was born Aug. 30, 1876, in Hannibal, Mo., the son of Patrick and Nomia Fulton Roach. A retired coal miner, he had never married. He had lived in Williamsport the past 55 years.
He ia survived by one sister, Mrs. Frank Peters of Covington. Three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
Friends will be received at the Crowmer-Siddens Mortuary in Williamsport after 2 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday. from the funeral Funeral home with Rev. Norman Able officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Williamsport.
