COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS) — Clayton F. Ritchie, 66, of Chicago, died at 4:45 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 15, 1973) at the Edgewater Hospital in Chicago where he had been a patient since Sept. 2. He was born Aug. 6, 1907, in Royalton, Wis., the son of Elizabeth and James R. Ritchie. He married Maxine Bryant in Chicago on July 11, 1932, and she survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Norbert (Linda) Tierczynski of Chicago; a son, James at home; a brother, Carroll of Berlin, Wis.; a granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister. He was a member of the Congressional Church of Royalton, Wis. A resident of Chicago for most of his life he also was a resident of Danville where he worked at Continental Filling Corp. A professional musician, he was a member of a Musicians Union in Chicago. He attended the University of Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. Arrangements are incomplete at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. --waw
