RILEY, Reva Kiger

Reva N. Riley, 73, of Danville,
died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, 1994 at USMC, Logan Campus. She was born May
24, 1920, in Kingman, Ind., the daughter of Oliver and Carrie Stoup Kiger. She
married Walter E. Riley Sr. June 25, 1942 in Covington, Ind. He survives. Also
surviving: two sons, Walter (Judy) Riley Jr. and Robert Riley; one daughter,
Nancy (Roby) Abernathy; three sisters, Irene (Ray) Newnum, and Florence Grubbs,
and Phyllis Puckett; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her parents. She was a member of the First Church of
Christ in Danville. Services were Wednesday, Jan. 19, 1994 at Pape Memorial
Home & Gardens. Donald P. Thorton officiated. Burial was in Danville National
Cemetery. Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 1994 at the funeral home. – jlr
