RHODES, Schuyler - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Schuyler Rhodes, 89, died Monday night at his home here.  Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Crumley & Son Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Powell officiating.  Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  Mr. Rhodes was born Dec 25, 1858, in Fountain County son of George and Sara Adams Rhodes.  He was married April 20, 1887 to Ella Barkley who preceded him in death in 1915.  In 1915 he was married to Minnie Stewart who died in 1942.  He isw survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dot Walter, Champaign and Mrs. Ervin Galloway, Lafayette, Ind.   – thanks so much to Bren M for sending this one and ~~~Transcribed and Typed by kbz
