Mrs. Mabel Rhodenbaugh, 66 of Tangier rural route died Friday April 5, 1963 at a hospital. Born Jan 6, 1897 in Parke County she was a daughter of Frank and Mirilda Fletcher Pearman.  She was married to Perry Rhodenbaugh who survives.  Also surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Rovine Thomas and Mrs. Louise Douglas, both of Veedersburg and Miss Irene Rhodenbaugh at home; three brothers, Ted Pearman of Tulsa, Okla; Lee Pearman of Newport and Sullivan Pearman of Montezuma.  Also two sisters, Mrs. Vina Beckelhymer of Rosedale and Mrs. Telsa Walters of Lafayette; 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Presbyterian Church at Howard, Ind with Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial was in the Miller Cemetery. The Woodrow Funeral Home of Kingman was in charge. – kbz
