ATTICA -- Funeral services for Mrs. Anna (Ritenour) Rhode, age 68, of Pine Village Rt. 1, who died Sunday morning, Jan. 12, at the Pleasant Valley Lodge at Kramer, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Shipps-Konzelman Funeral Home in Oxford. The Rev. David Richards officiated and burial was in the Mound Cemetery at Oxford. Mrs. Rhode, who had been a patient at the Pleasant Valley Lodge, formerly Mudlavia Estates, since Wednesday, Jan. 8, was born Jan. 28, 1895 in Warren County. She was the daughter of George R. and Rosa (Boyer) Ritenour. She was married to Marshall C. Rhode on Sept. 30, 1917. She was a member of the Pine Village Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star and an honorary member of the Home Demonstration Chorus of Warren County. She had resided most of her life in Warren County. In 1954 she toured Europe with the Home Demonstration Chorus. She attended Business College in Lafayette in 1916. Mrs. Rhode is survived by her husband; one sister, Mrs. Edward Christman of Otterbein and one brother, Clarence J. Ritenour of Logansport.   --typed by Walt W
