Richard Harden (Pete) Rennick, 58, of 206 1-2 N. Perry St., Attica, died at Community Hospital, Williamsport, Thursday, (March 5, 1970). He had been in ill health for a year and a half and seriously ill since September. Mr. Rennick was born in Glasgow, Ky., on June 4, 1911, the son of Sol and Mary T. Rogers Rennick. He had been a life resident of Attica, coming here at the age of two. He was married Feb. 8, 1933, at Covington to Marie Haas, who survives. He was a supply man at Harrison Steel Castings Co. for 14 years and prior to that had farmed and also worked as a carpenter. He was a great lover of fishing and boating and was considered as one of Attica's leading mushroom hunters. He had attended the Methodist Church and was a former member of the Moose Lodge. Surviving with the wife are five sons, Larry, Jack, Ronald and Ricky, all of Attica, and Richard of Indianapolis; one daughter, Kay, at home; four brothers, Leo, of Attica; Harley, St. Joseph, Mich.; Otto, Crawfordsville; Roscoe, Lafayette. Thirteen grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received at DeSutter Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the DeSutter Chapel with Rev. Harold Bachert officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Baptist Cemetery west of Newtown with DeSutter Funeral Home in charge.   ---typed by Walt W
