Mrs. Lucy Wilson Regan, 68, a native of Waynetown who was formerly employed at the Wyand Hotel in Hillsboro died of a heart attack at her home in Redding, Calif. Saturday. She was born in March 1893, the daughter of Thomas and Minnie Phillips Wilson. She was married to Edward Regan of Crawfordsville who preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Doneta Berry of Redding; two brother and four sisters, two grandsons and a granddaughter. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. in Redding Wednesday.
