ATTICA — Basil L. “Sam” Reeser, 61, 210 W Monroe St., Attica, died Friday, June 19, 2002 at his residence. He was born Aug. 15, 1940. He grew up in Lansing and attended Michigan State University. He worked for the railroad in Michigan and worked in construction in Florida for 18 years. He was in the Navy and served during the Vietnam Conflict. A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. Friday in Maus Funeral Home Attica. – jlr
