REED, Grace - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Newtown, Nov 1 – Miss Grace Reed, 54, a native of Newtown died at her home in Indianapolis at 1 o’clock Sunday afternoon and short funeral services were arranged for Monday morning after which the body was to be brought to Newtown to the hf Robert Campbell, a brother-in-law.  The body will be buried in Newtown cemetery.  Miss Reed has been teaching in the Indianapolis schools for many years.  She was born and reared in Newtown, being a daughter o Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Reed, both of whom are dead.  She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Bever, Billings, Mont; Mrs. Kate Glover, Veedersburg and Miss Carolyn Reed, Rochester, NY and an aunt, living in Newtown. --transcribed by kbz
