VEEDERSBURG, Ind. – Mrs. Aline Reed, 75, a former resident of Veedersburg Route 2, died at noon Sunday (July 2, 1978) at the Covington Manor Health Center. She had been a patient there three years. Born April 6, 1903, in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Calvin and Nancy Lindley Jones. She was married to Clyde Reed, who died in 1971. She was a member of the Sterling Christian Church. Survivors include two sons, Larry of West Liberty, Iowa, and Dale of San Leandro, Calif.; a brother, Gerald Jones of Rockville; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Sterling Christian Church, with the Rev Richard Throckmorton officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Covington. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg = jlr
