Mrs. Martha Ellen Redenbaugh, 92, oldest woman resident of Veedersburg, died Saturday evening at 9:15 p.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Bailey Williford, at Fort Wayne, where she had been visiting for the past few weeks. Death was due mostly to old age. Born in Owen, Ky., on May 7, 1852, she was the daughter of Milton and Sarah Osborne Brissy. She was married on April 25, 1872 to Levi Redenbaugh, who preceded her in death in 1921. Mrs. Redenbaugh moved to this vicinity with her parents when she was a child. She was a member of the United Brethren Church at Kingman. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Williford, at whose home she died, Mrs. Adam Seiferth of Hackensack, N. J., Mrs. Urile Vaughn and Mrs. Harry Cartwright, both of Veedersburg, and Mrs. George Silvers of Attica; two sons, James Redenbaugh of Kingman and Claude Redenbaugh of Indianapolis; and one brother, John Brissy, of Covington. There are also 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Centennial Church, south of Veedersburg Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Centennial Cemetery with Fishero funeral director of Veedersburg in charge. -s-
