Lucile B. Redenbaugh, daughter of Gurney and Blanch Mooney Evans, was born in Covington, Indiana, Nov. 5, 1889 and passed away Feb. 10, 1949, age 59 years, two months and five days, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, Ill., after a short illness.    She spent most of her life in Covington and Fountain County, attending school there and also a term at St. Mary’s College, Terre Haute.  She was united in marriage to Paul R. Redenbaugh Dec. 16, 1909 at Covington.  Lucile was a quiet, home loving woman, neighborly and kind to everyone. No children came to bless this union but she loved children and will be missed by all in her neighborhood.   She is survived by her husband, Paul F. Redenbaugh and one half brother, Emerson Evans, of Indianapolis, two nephews and one niece. Her mother and father preceded her in death. A host of friends and neighbors will greatly mourn her passing.

  Funeral services were held at the Centennial Church Saturday, Feb. 12 and burial was in Centennial Cemetery. The Rev. Leslie Smith, a close friend of the family, conducted the service. Music was furnished by Mrs. Carl Auter and Don Woodrow of Covington. Pall bearers were Carl Auter, C. W. Nelson, Charles Massey, Wayne Miller, Robert McKinney and Paul Merryman. Flower bearers were Freddie Auter, John Evans, Marjorie Smith, Mrs. W. E. Smith, Mrs. Carter Massey, Mrs. Myrtle Ricketts, Mrs. Grace Evans, Mrs. Dean Dickerson and Mrs. Ruby Myers. S&E

 Funeral services for Mrs. Lucile B. Redenbaugh, 59, who died Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, were at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Centennial UB Church.
 
  The Rev. Leslie Smith of Yeddo officiated and Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home had charge of burial in Centennial Cemetery.  Mrs. Redenbaugh was born Nov. 5, 1889 at Covington, the daughter of Gurney and Blanche Mooney Evans. She was married Dec. 16, 1909 in Covington to Paul Redenbaugh, who survives. All her life was spent in Fountain County.  Besides her husband, she leaves one brother, Emerson Evans, Indianapolis. – S&E
