Waynetown - Elam L. Reath, 79, a lifelong farmer in Fountain and Montgomery Counties died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday at Culver Hospital. He had been in failing health for two weeks after suffering a heart attack.  He was born Feb 28, 1874 in Fountain County, the son of Caleb and Caroline Clevenger Reath.  On Oct 27, 1914 he was married to Lennie Ruth who survives.  He was a member of the Ridge Farm Church. Survivors include the widow; four sons, Robert, New Marfket; Dewey and Ernest, Crawfordsville and Lawrence, Alamo and two grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown. The Rev. Guy E. Tremaine will officiate. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home - kbz
