KINGMAN — Carolyn E. Rayphole,
66, formerly of Kingman, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006 in St. Vincents
Williamsport Hospital. She was a resident of Williamsport Health and
Rehabilitation Center for the past year. She was born in Arizona, the daughter
of Charles F. and Lorene (Hack) Carter. She married John Rayphole and he
resides in Kingman. She was a graduate of LaPorte High School. Survivors,
besides the husband, include: four daughters, Peggy (Charles) Richmond,
Springfield, Mo., twins, Terri Rayphole, Crawfordsville and Sherry (Jim) Liles,
Danville, Ill.; and Kelly (Sean) Sutherland, Canada; two sons, Jeffrey and
Scott Rayphole, Kingman; and a sister, Nancy Cross, Columbus. She was preceded
in death by a daughter. A memorial service was at 1 p.m. Friday in the Church
of God Ministry Center, Veedersburg, with Bishop Travis Girdler officiating.
Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, was in charge of arrangements. – jlr
