Mellott, March 29 – Thomas T. Rayborn, 52, died of a heart attack at 4:30 a.m. today at his farm home northwest of here. Born in Richland Township, he moved near Attica in 1924. (Note: Born Nov 18, 1887 according to his WWI Draft papers). On April 24, 1908, he married Golda Furr, Mellott. Surviving are the widow, two sons, Kenneth of Attica, and Harold, Indianapolis; a daughter, Carolyn at home; two sisters, Mrs. Albert Cordes, Indianapolis and Mrs. Beatrice Marshall, Los Angeles with a brother, John Rayborn, Cleveland. Services at 2 Sunday at Mellott Congregational Christian Church. Rev. Guy T. Walter will officiate with burial in Union Cemetery. - kbz
