Lowell Robert Ray, 59, of 115 E. Second, Veedersburg, died Monday (May 10, 1971) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. He had been a patient two weeks. He was born Oct. 23, 1911, at Fitihan. He attended Diamond School. For the last four years, he worked at Fountain Foundry in Veedersburg. Survivors include his stepfather, Jesse Smith of Hillsboro, Ind. --waw
