RATCLIFF, Maxine Glascock (Mrs) Ross - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Kingman - Mrs. Maxine Ratcliff, 70 of Rt 1, Kingman died Monday evening in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Ill. She had been admitted to the hospital earlier that day. Mrs. Ratcliff was a member of the Scotts Prarie Church. She was born in Fountain County Nov 30, 1906, the daughter of Troy and Mary Lindley Glascock. She married Ross Ratcliff August 18, 1927. He survives. Also surviving are her father of Rt 1, Kingman; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Campbell of Anderson and Mrs. David (Martha) Zeigler of Veedersburg; a son Edward of Kingman; a brother, Hubert of Kingman; 8 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, on April 2, 1962 and a grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Woodrow Funeral Home, Kingman with Rev. Richard Wright of Ridge Farm Illinois officiating. Burial will be in the Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 7-9 today.
