RATCLIFF, Florence Furr

Newtown - Mrs. Florence Ratcliff, 92 sister of Mrs. Maude Wood of Newtown died Sunday afternoon at her home in McAllen, Tex. She was the widow of Freeman Ratcliff. Mrs. Ratcliff was born Feb 27, 1879 in Cain Twp, Fountain County, Ind to James and Lou Furr. The family moved to Texas about 50 years ago. Survivors in addition to Mrs. Wood are another sister, Mrs. Violet Nosbaugh of Arcadia, Ind; two sons; grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday in McAllen.
