KINGMAN — Walter F. Randolph, age 60, of Michigan City Rt. 2, native of Kingman, died at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, March 7, at Memorial Hospital there following a 14-month illness. He was born Aug. 12, 1904, the son of Parke and Lottie Sagers Randolph. In January 1924, he married the former Violet Fields who preceded him in death. Survivors include: three sons, Parke and Harold Randolph, both of LaPorte, and Walter Jr., of Michigan City; five daughters, Mrs. Donald Burkert of Danville, Ill., Mrs. Robert Clawson of Danvers, Ill., Mrs. Jessie Bass of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Calvin Shively of Tangier and Mrs. Charles Biller of Michigan City; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Laker of Danville, Ill., and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son and one brother. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, at the Waterman Baptist Church in Lodi. Burial, with the Watson Funeral Home of Cayuga charge, was in the Silver Island Cemetery.   --typed by Walt W -
