Covington, Ind.—Mrs. Verna Remster Ramsey, 75, a former Covington resident, died yesterday (Feb. 3, 1965) at Holy Cross Hospital, Jacksonville, Ill. She had been ill about 10 years. Born July 3, 1889, she was a daughter of William and Jane Gallian Beckett of Foster. She was married to Charles Remster, who preceded her in death, and later to Mr. Ramsey. She was a member of the Benson Chapel Church. Survivors include five nephews and three nieces. Two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death. The body is at the Hegg Funeral Home and friends may call after noon Friday. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. EST Saturday with the Rev. Donald Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Upper Mound Cemetery. --typed by Walt W
