QUILLEN, Tula Beam

Tula Quillen of Pearce, Arizona, age 81, died Wednesday morning, November 24, in North Cochise Community Hospital at Pearce.

She was born in Fountain County, July 11, 1891, the daughter of Cryues and Victoria Hankins Beam. In 1910, she married James Quillen, who died in 1956. Mrs. Quillen was a member of the Crawfordsville First Christian Church, Crawfordsville American Legion Auxiliary and was a past matron of Waynetown Order of Eastern Star.

  Survivors include two daughters, Lois Cassida and Kathleen Cord, both of Pearce; a sister, Pearl Busenbark of St. Louis, Missouri; a brother, Howard of Tucson, Arizona; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held Monday morning at Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Glenn Brigman officiating. Burial was in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
