VEEDERSBURG -- Clifford Quigle, age 84, a retired farmer of Veedersburg Rt. 3, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington. Mr. Quigle was the son of William and Janet Kingore Quigle. He was married March 3, 1902 to Alma Royal, who survives. He retired from farming 26 years ago. He was a member of the Union Christian Church at Newtown. Surviving, in addition to the widow, are: one brother, Carl Quigle of Newtown; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Sever Funeral Home. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiated and burial was in Union Cemetery. ---typed by Walt W
