PRITCHARD, Charles Howard

  Kingman—Charles Howard Pritchard, 60, Route 1, Kingman, died at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 1989, in his residence.
  He was born Nov. 26, 1928, in Fountain County, the son of Leonard and Reatha Marie Donaldson Pritchard. He married Aug. 6, 1955, to Sylvia Maye Riley, who survives.

  He was a life resident of Fountain County and lived at Harveysburg for 33 years. He was a former employee of Waynetown Tile Company and had also been a farm laborer. He was an Army veteran of the Korean conflict.

  Surviving, besides his wife, are five sons, James, a member of the U.S. Air Force stationed in Germany; Tony, Bismarck, Ill.; Charles Dale and Roger, both of Route 1, Kingman, and Brian, Montezuma; two daughters, Reatha Jean Loy, Lafayette, and Marsha Pritchard, Kingman; two sisters, Mrs. Aril (Bertha) Banks, Veedersburg, and Beverly Mattingly of Florida; two brothers, Frank, Attica, and Bill, Lafayette, and 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson and three sisters.

  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today (Friday) in Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with the Rev. Rod Overpeck officiating. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. – thanks to S
