PRICE, Harold - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Wingate – Harold E. Price, 77, of Wingate, died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday in Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville following a lingering illness. Mr. Price was born March 8, 1910 in Kokomo. He had resided in Wingate since 1945, moving there from Forest.  His marriage on March 1, 1936 was to Ruby White and she survives. Mr. Price was a former employee of the RR Donnelley Co retiring in 1972 after 22 years with the company. From 1972 until 1981, he was employed at the Crawfordsville Bowling Lanes. He was a member of New Hope Chapel Church in Wingate, the Donnelley No. 5 Bowling League and the Crawfordsville and Frankfort Ham Radio clubs. Surviving with his widow, three sons, Larry Price of rural Greencastle; Kenneth Price of Waynetown and Carl Price of Wingate; a daughter, Carol Sue Khubar of  Milwaukee, Wis and two brothers, Robert Price of Russiaville and George Price of Fort Myers, Fla. Service will be Saturday in Waynetown. - kbz
