Herman H. Pratt, 53, died Thursday, July 6 at the Parke County Home. He was a former resident of Howard and was born near there, the son of Myron A. Allen and Josephine Pilkenton Pratt. Surviving are the wife and six children. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Howard Church. - S
