The undersigned as administrator of the estate of Samuel Prather, dec’d will on the 29th day of April next, at the late residence of said dec’d proceed to sell at public auction 60 acres off and from the North end of the West half South East quarter, Section 2, Twp 18, Range 9 and off the East half, SW quarter same section, town and range in such manner as to have the same as nearly on a square as practicable on the following terms towit; 1/3 of the purchase money in hand, the residue in 12 months, the purchaser giving his note and approved security.  Samuel Musselman, admr.
