Pekin – Mrs. Rosetta A. Powell, 74 of 1506 Everett Drive died at 4:40 Wed at Pekin Memorial Hospital. She had been a patient 11 days. Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Kuecks Funeral Home with Rev. Kader White officiating. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. She was born April 24, 1896 to Oliver M. and Lustella Jane Graves Yeazel. She was married to Elvi Powell May 22, 1920 at Havana. He died Jan 5, 1935.  Surviving are three sons, Floyd E; James E, Pekin; William, Pekin Heights; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Gray, Mrs. Lustella Barnett, Pekin, a brother, Oliver Yeazel, Peoria, 16 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren. A son, a daughter, two half sisters and a half brother preceded her in death.
