POOL, Bernice Monroe - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg - Mrs. Bernice Poole, 37 died Friday noon at an Orlando, Fla hospital. A patient at the hospital less than a week, death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage.  Born in Waynetown on Jan 17, 1917 she was the daughter of Edward and Blanche Hortsman Monroe. She was married to Floyd Poole of Veedersburg who survives.  Her home was at Winter Haven, Fla. Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Larry and Eddie, both at home and a twin sister, Mrs. Bonnie Moon of Winter Haven.  The body will be returned Tuesday to Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg where friends may call. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Veedersburg Christian Church with Rev. Richard Owen officiating.  The place of burial has not been determined.
