Henry L. Pithoud July 10, 1919-Aug. 8, 2004 Henry L. Pithoud, 85, Kingman, died 4:50 a.m. Sunday in VA Illiana Healthcare system, Danville, Ill. Mr. Pithoud was a retired farmer. He was an Army veteran of World War II a nd a graduate of Kingman High School. He attended Purdue University. His memberships included serving two terms as the Sugar Creek Township Trustee at Parke County. He was born July 10, 1919, at Kingman, to Lemuel and Velva Moore Pithoud. He married Kathleen Dooley July 29, 1950, at Rockville. She died Jan. 21, 2003. Surviving are son Lemi (Debbie) Pithoud, Bloomingdale; three daughters, Anita (Duane) Myers, Rockville, Brenda (Ken) Ollier, Kingman, and Linda (Bo b) Snodgrass, Rockville; three sisters, Margaret Anabelle Buser, Stroudsburg, Pa., Portia Hathaway, Kingman, and Patricia Lape, Danville, Ill; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. One brother, Elisha Pithoud, preceded him in death in 1999. Funeral services are scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday in Gooch Funeral Home, Rockville, with the Rev. Don Perry officiating.
