PHILPOTT, Ruby Delp - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Ruby Philpott, age 62, died at the home of her daughter, North of Cates at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 18 Mr. Philpott was born Jan 15, 1905 daughter of Jewell and Leona Delp. She was born in Parke Co. and lived in Fountain Co. 42 years. She was married Oct 2, 1922 to Herschell Philpott, who preceded her in deeath Dec 12, 1957. She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Sherman (Betty) Allen of Kingman and Mrs. Wandaline Rennick of Kingman Rt. 1; one sister, Mrs. Mike Grimes of Waveland; one brother, Hubert Delp of Marshall; her mother, Mrs. Leona Delp of Kingman; and 3 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. Rev. John Servies of C'ville officiated and burial was in Kingman.
