PERIGO, Estel Keller - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Waynetown - Estel Perigo, 93, died at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday in Williamsburg Health Care Center at Crawfordsville. She had resided there since June 1986 after being a resident at Carmen since 1979. She moved to Waynetown from the Yountsville community in 1936. She was a member of the Phanuel Lutheran Church at Wallace and attended Waynetown United Methodist Church. She attended rural Wallace schools. Mrs. Perigo was born near Wallace July 16, 1893, to Julius and Rose Livengood Keller. She was married on September 18, 1915 to Ivo (sic) Perigo. He preceded her in death May 7, 1969. She is survived by a son, Donald of Waynetown; two daughters, Helen Kellogg of Linden and Mrs. Horace (Olive) Meadows of Rt 1, Veedersburg; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. A brother, two sisters and three great grandchildren are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Saturday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
