Veedersburg - Mrs. Helen Penick of Veedersburg died at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Covington Clinic where she had been a patient for several weeks. Mrs. Penick was born on May 15, 1910 in Veedersburg, the daughter of the late Richard and Lillian Kelly Linker. She was married to Herbert Penick, who survives. Also surviving besides the husband are two daughters, Sue Ann and Betty Jean Penick and two sons, Billy and Larry Penick; four sisters, Mrs. Doris Hankins of Crawfordsville; Miss Barbara Linker of Indianapolis and Mrs. Virginia Furr and Mrs. Mildred Florey both of Veedersburg; 3 brothers, St. Claude Linker, serving with the American Army in Belgium and Harold and Paul Linker of Veedersburg. The deceased was a member of the Sterline Christian Church.
