Kingman Feb 5 - Mrs. Viola Pearson, 77 died at 8:35 a.m. Sunday at her home in Ydedo, following an illness of several years. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Centennial Church near Yeddo, with burial in the cemetery at the church.
Mrs. Pearson was born Sept 12, 1868 in Wallace, daughter of Emsley and Elenor Keller Sowers, and was married in August 1890 to George Pearson, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Yeddo Christian

Mrs. Viola Pearson, 77, died at her home in Yeddo Sunday morning, Feb. 3, at 8:35 o'clock. She had been in ill health for several years. She was born Sept 12 1863, near Wallace, the daughter of Emsley and Eleanor Keller Sowers and was married in August 1890 to George Pearson. Mrs. Pearson was a member of the Yeddo Christian Church. Surviving are three sons, Raymond and Homer of Kingman and Merle of Danville, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Stern of Kingman and Mrs. Blanche James of Yeddo; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Centennial Church near Yeddo at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial was in Centennial Cemetery with the Spencer Funeral Home in charge. – thanks BD
