PEARL, Margarette - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Margarette E. Pearl, 87, formerly of 516 Owen St., Lafayette, died at 3:02 a. m. Saturday, July 26, in St. Anthony's Healthcare Center. She had been in failing health the past five years. She was born in Attica Nov. 11, 1898. She lived in Odell in Jackson Township before moving to the Lafayette community 10 years ago. She attended Attica schools. She was married May 10, 1921, in Attica, to Elmer L. Pearl. He died in 1965. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Frances Milner, Lafayette; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 10 a. m. Monday at Hahn Funeral Home Chapel followed by funeral Mass at St. Ann Catholic Church at 10:30 a. m. with the Rev. Thomas Fox officiating. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery. Rosary service was held at 6 p. m. Sunday at the Hahn Funeral Home.
