VEEDERSBURG, Ind. (CNS) -- Omer (Pat) Patterson, 87, died this morning (April 6, 1968) at his farm home near Veedersburg. He had been in failing health several months. Born Sept. 11, 1880, in southern Illinois, he was the son of William and Mary Wills Patterson. He was married Nov. 1, 1938, to Lucille Woods, who survives. A member of the Baptist Church, he was a retired railroad engineer for New York Central. He is survived by the widow and several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Parham Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery at Mayview, Ill. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday. --typed by Walt W
