LINDEN- Mrs. Elizabeth J. Parker, 81, of Linden, died at 10 p.m. in Home Hospital at Lafayette. She had been in failing health several years. She was born Feb. 21, 1888 at Hillsboro, but lived most of her life here. She was educated in Hillsboro schools and attended New Testament Baptist Church here. Survivors include her husband, Raymond; a son, Harold Wayne of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; a brother, Harry Davis of Kansas City, and a niece. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Helms Funeral Home here, with Rev. Mina L. Davis officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery.
