Mrs. Anna Park died Saturday at 1 o’clock at the home of her son, William Park, with whom she had been living in Veedersburg. Although her health had been impaired since early last spring when she fell and broke her hip, her death was unexpected.  She had been doing some light work throughout the forenoon and complained of feeling ill only a few minutes before she died.  Mrs. Park was 74 years old and had spent her entire life in the vicinity of Veedersburg. She is survived by the following three daughters: Mrs. Elizabeth Sanders of Kingman, Mrs. Lura Wilson of Pekin, Ill; Mrs. Anna Windom of Brazil and two sons, Mace Park of Williamsport and William Park of Veedersburg also one brother, Boliver Trinkle, residing at Veedersburg. The funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the United Brethren Church of which she was a member, Rev. FM Dawson officiating. Burial was made in the Rockfield cemetery. – kbz
