Veedersburg—George R. Parish, 80, Beloit, Wis., formerly of the Veedersburg area, died Monday, April 24, 1989 in Beloit Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 16, 1909 in Lawrence County, Indiana. He was married to Elleene Sentman, who survives.
He was retired from Fairbanks-Morse in Beloit, where he was a welder.
Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Thursday at Osborne Prairie Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Mitchell officiating.
