OVERBAY, David - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

David Overbay, a former resident of Davis Township, died July 15th, being found dead in his bed at his home near Chanute, Kansas. He had been apparently in his usual health up to that time but was stricken with heart faulure while asleep, after his wife had risen to prepare breakfast. He was 70 years of age and had lived in Chanute since leaving here about 36 years ago. He was a brother-in-law of Charles Hushaw and the late John Potter, and a cousin of Perry Overbay, of Richland Township and is survived by a widow and three married children.   --- kbz - thanks to Sharen for this one :)
