Covington Nov 19 – Dr. J.L. Orahood, formerly a practicing physician in Fountain and born and raised in the vicinity of Covington died at his home in Indianapolis Saturday evening at 6 o’clock. He was over 60 years old. He moved to Indianapolis 25 years ago and entered the drug business, retiring in 1922. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Eva (Coleman) Orahood and two daughters: Mrs. Maude Sly and Mrs. Flo Hornaday both of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held from the family residence in Indianapolis. ---transcribed by kbz
