OLLIS, Raymon C - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Raymon C. Ollis of Danville, Illinois, age 54, died Friday evening, May 20, in his home. He was born at St. Joseph, Illinois, January 14, 1929, the son of Clarence and Lila Lanham Ollis. October 11, 1948, he married Eleanor Sykes, who survives. He was employed at the former Songer Chevrolet Sales in Catlin, Illinois.

  Also surviving are six daughters, Mildred Hines, Tammi Spencer, Jerri Smoot, and Penny Ollis, all of Danville, Lila Tomaw of Winfield, Alabama, and Crystal Lokey of Covington; three sons, Raymon and Darrell, both of Danville, and Tracy, at home; and eight grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday morning at Barrick and Son Funeral Home in Danville with Rev. Dan Goff officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Danville. – thanks to S
