Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana. The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.
Services were held in Roswell, N. Mex., for Mrs. Lelia Poteet Olds, a former Hillsboro resident. She died Saturday Jan. 14, 1978 at her home in Roswell following a brief illness. The Ballard Funeral Home in Roswell was in charge. The Rev. M. D. Tulloch officiated. Burial was in Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Roswell. Survivors include her husband, Harold Gene Olds, a former resident of Veedersburg. --waw
