ODLE, Charles - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Charles Odle, 76, of Rt 1, Russells Point, died at 10:25 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Born June 28, 1895 he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Odle. His wife, Lena died in 1961. Surviving are four sons, Nye, Jack and Charles, all of Toledo and Donald of Russells Point; four daughters, Mrs. Frances Cullen of Russells Point; Mrs. Zona Shelter of Fremont; Mrs. Barbara Shetler of Oak Harbor and Mrs. Ruth Long of Uniopolis; two brothers, Theodore of Petersburg, Ind and David of El Jobean, Fla; a sister, Mrs. Glenna Galloway of Wapakonota; and 28 grandchildren.  Mr. Odle was a retired welder at Baldwin Lima Hamilton Corp and veteran of WWI.  Arrangements are incomplete at Siferd Main Street Chapel where friends may call after 7 tonight. - kz
