MYERS, Lorenzo - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Lorenzo Myers, 86, died at his farm home near Wallace, Saturday following a week's illness.  He was one of the older residents of that section and had resided on the same farm the government in 1832 by his grandfather, Jacob Myers.  Mr. Myers was active in church and community work.  His widow, Mrs. Orvilla Myers, a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Grimes and 3 grandchildren, Paul, Russell and Elizabeth Grimes, are survivals.  Funeral services were held Monday at the Lutheran church with burial at the cemetery there.
